Policies

Only items purchased directly from www.smathersanbranson.com are eligible for return/exchange.

Merchandise must be returned within 45 days of shipment for refund or 120 days for exchange.

Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.

Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

Monogrammed, personalized, made-to-order and final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

In an effort to complete an exchange as quickly and efficiently as possible, we strongly recommend purchasing the correct item online and sending your original purchase back for a refund. Our exchange process can take up to 45 days, so we cannot guarantee inventory will remain available. If you need help initiating the exchange, please contact us at 1-844-952-7319 or complete our exchange form.

Returns

Smathers & Branson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise for full refund within 45 days from the time of shipment. Credit can only be issued to the original form of payment. For returns in excess of 45 days, but within 120 days of purchase, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.


In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, please go to our returns portal to initiate your return and print your label.



If you are returning a gift, we are happy to offer store credit for the return. Please proceed to our returns portal and select ‘returning a gift’.


Returns can take 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
